Of course you guys, together with others who are the mainstays of PPP must make use of your bylaws, tweak it here and there to make it conform to the new realities of PPP. We will endeavor to finish the Alliance bylaws asap, then all of us can put our heads together in the PPP verbiage. Of course with you guys in the Middle East at its forefront, I see no reason why we cannot zoom through.

At my end, I am trying to help out by providing my consulting services for free to assist in the RE-INTEGRATION of OFWs at the end of their contracts, back into the mainstream of Philippine Society. While livelihood is the major concern for OFWs in returning to the Philippines, the other aspects of empowerment in social, economic and political dimensions are covered as well.
