in 1995, I organized the idea of Business Chamber and Business for OFWs in 1994 in Riyadh City. I even organized the PICO a cooperative. Right now we have an INSTITUUT for OFWs who wants to be entrepreneur can we have business cooperations and make it happen also in CEBU so we can prepare the cooperations
